Welcome to Sodit, where quality meets expertise in the world of sod services. Founded in 2017 by Lyle Burke, Sodit is a testament to a lifelong passion for sod farming and a commitment to delivering excellence in every project.

Lyle's journey with sod began amidst the green fields of his family's sod farm since 2006. From a young age, he immersed himself in every aspect of the sod business – from stacking and laying sod to accompanying his father on sod deliveries after school. This hands-on experience instilled in him a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in harvesting, delivering, and installing sod.

Driven by a desire to expand his knowledge, Lyle ventured beyond his hometown to pursue a degree at Abraham Agricultural College. However, the call of his roots proved too strong, leading him back to his hometown. Fueled by the vision to create a sod business that reflects his expertise and commitment to quality, Sodit was born.
